What's the texture like?

Because we do not use chemical emulsifiers or stabilizers, the texture is probably different than you're used to. It melts into a smooth translucent cream when applied at body temperature.

How big is the jar?

If you are used to buying large plastic tubs of skin cream at Costco, our 1 oz Chrism Cream and 2 oz Velamentum glass jars will seem very small. However, you only need to apply a tiny bit at a time for noticeable great results!

My cream melted in shipping. What do I do?

Because we use only all natural ingredients, the melting point is lower than a mass market petroleum based cream. If your jar has melted during shipping, don't worry! Its still perfectly fine to use. Let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours, or place in the fridge for faster reconstitution.

How should I store it?

You can store our cream at room temperature, although some customers prefer the fridge in hotter summer months.

Best tallow ever

I came across this grass fed tallow when I was purchasing some stickers and a keychain. It seems to be causing my face to be smoother.

Question: is it supposed to feel like exfoliating treatment. The texture is gritty. I put a dab and it is rough until I smash it a bit. Or did something happen while being shipped. I thought it would be creamy. I like what it does to my face. The gritty texture is what I don’t care for.

Disappointed with the aroma

I noticed the product has lavender and rose oil included with the other oils. I was hoping to get that aroma but I don’t. To me it smells of eucalyptus. Not an aroma I want on my face.

I have dry sensitive skin and I'm amazed by this cream. It absorbs in a couple of minutes and takes care of that dry taut feel of the skin around my eyes and upper cheeks. I've had no sensitivity reaction to it and, in fact, I think my skin is looking less irritated. I've also used it on some spots where my bra straps irritate my skin and it feels better right away.
