A couple of years ago, one of my children was suffering from severe cracked and bleeding skin on his hands due to frequent hand washing at school.
We tried absolutely everything, but nothing helped until we came across a balm recipe similar to this one.
The name Velamentum is a form of the Latin word for veil.
Made with a grass-fed tallow and Italian olive oil base, and infused with frankincense, lavender and rose essential oils, this will work miracles on your face and hands.

What's the texture like?
Because we do not use chemical emulsifiers or stabilizers, the texture is probably different than you're used to. It may initially appear gritty or grainy, but melts into a smooth translucent cream when applied at body temperature.
How big is the jar?
If you are used to buying large plastic tubs of skin cream at Costco, our 1 oz glass jar will seem very small. However, you only need to apply a tiny bit at a time for noticeable great results!
My cream melted in shipping. What do I do?
Because we use only all natural ingredients, the melting point is lower than a mass market petroleum based cream. If your jar has melted during shipping, don't worry! Its still perfectly fine to use. Let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours, or place in the fridge for faster reconstitution.
How should I store it?
You can store our cream at room temperature, although some customers prefer the fridge in hotter summer months.
Isn't this expensive for what you get?
If you want to judge the value of your purchase by the quantity of product you receive, then you should not buy this. However, if you are more interested in safe, natural, quality ingredients that really work, then this cream is one of the best values for the money you'll ever see.
What if I don't like it?
Even though most of our customers are overjoyed with their purchase, not everyone loves it. If you are unhappy for any reason, contact us within 30 days for a full refund.
The product feels good on my skin and has a nice scent to it however I was disappointed when I opened the jar and found half of the product inside. It was not a full jar of cream.
